Shipping policy

Shipping Options

We provide Canada-wide shipping and complimentary shipping for orders of $200 or more, excluding taxes. At this time, we’re not offering international shipping.

**Please allow us up to 4 business days to prepare your order for shipment. 

Please note that we offer in-store pickup at our warehouse for all local orders. Please allow us 2-4 business days to prepare in-store pickup orders. 

 

Shipping to Multiple Addresses 

You may ship to one address per order.

If your order requires items to be shipped to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address. 

 

Taxes

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed on the Order Summary page.

 

Order Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, the courier will email you tracking information. Open the link in the email to track your order.

 

Redirecting an Order

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We can’t redirect orders once they have been dispatched for shipping.

 

Damaged Orders

We’re all about quality. We never sell items that show visible damage or excessive wear and tear. If your items arrive and appear to be damaged, please reach out. We will treat each issue on a case-by-case basis

 

Delayed & Lost Orders

Unfortunately, we’re unable to predict or control the shipping times once an order leaves our store. If you encounter any shipping issues, please reach out to the courier directly using the tracking number we provide. 

A quick friendly reminder: double-check your mailing info so your treasures arrive as expected. The Peacock Boutique does not take responsibility for orders that include wrong or incorrect mailing information.
